Strength and Movement Lab

Join us for a mobility session at Strength and Movement Lab, designed to help you move better, build strength through range, and feel like you've just sprayed WD-40 into your joints.

This session will incorporate kettlebells, bands and racks to take your mobility beyond bodyweight, focusing on control, stability and usable strength that carries over into both training and everyday life.

Suitable for all ages and levels, whether you’re just getting started or looking to progress your training.

Coogee Beach

The day after HYROX, this session is all about getting your body moving again.

 

Join us at Coogee Beach for a guided recovery session focused on light mobility, stretching and movement to help reduce stiffness, improve circulation and speed up recovery.

 

We’ll ease the body back into movement, open up tight areas, and leave you feeling looser, fresher and ready to get back into training.

Open to all levels, whether you competed, supported, or just fancied a chat.

Meeting at the steps and we'll head down to the north end of the beach - opposite the Coogee Pav area.

Bring your mats, towels and some hydration!

 

Followed by an optional ocean dip and coffee ☕🌊
