This will be a 45 - 60 minute full body movement and mobility session, aimed at helping you move better and feel like you've put some lubrication into those joints of yours from top to bottom. We’ll spend a good chunk of time on the hips because, let’s be honest, they’re usually the main culprit for most people before working our way up through the spine, and shoulders.
This isn’t one of those usual stretching sessions, there's a little more to it than that. Mobility is about taking your joints through their full range of motion with control, building strength where you usually feel tight or restricted, and learning how to move properly again. You’ll be moving the whole time.
