

ABOUT ME
Originally from Dublin, Ireland and now based in Sydney, I began my journey into personal training after experiencing repeated injuries throughout my years playing rugby. Those setbacks led me to a realisation: if we better understand our bodies, how they move, how they adapt, and how they should function, we can perform better, prevent injury, and live with greater freedom. That became the driving force behind my coaching. For the last 8 years, I have coached athletes of all levels with a focus on performance, movement quality, and injury prevention as well as head of Strength & Conditioning for a women’s rugby team in the top amateur league in Ireland.

Over the past few years, I have focused extensively on mobility and the science of better movement. My approach centres on creating systems that result in resilient, capable bodies built to last.
