Mvmnt is medicine

This coaching system has been built over years of working with clients and athletes across every level. I combine mobility and strength to develop a body that performs at its best. Not just in the gym, but in everyday life. Whether your goal is to move without pain, perform at a higher level, or bulletproof your body for the future, this is training with intention, coaching with detail, and results that last well

beyond the session.

My Vision

My vision is to restore human movement to its full potential. To help people move freely, powerfully and without limitation, the way the human body was designed. By blending mobility and strength,

I aim to maximise performance in the gym and longevity in life.

I put WD-40 into people's joints.

My Methods

Strength through Movement

The method begins with a thorough movement assessment to understand how each individual currently moves and where limitations may exist. From there, following a structured four phase system:

1. First, we create space within the joint to improve range of motion.

2. We then develop stability to control that new range.

3. We build strength to reinforce it and make it functional in everyday life.

4. Get strong!

This ensures that you move better, more efficiently and therefore, really maximise strength training.

From the Athletes I Coach

"Tailored sessions so accurately to the persons needs, abilities & goals. Biggest achievement was a full pull up & push up!"

Lisa

"We felt stronger and "taller" as we progressed through the program. Nathan was also mindful of issues like our knees , gently helping to improve those weaknesses. We noticed improvements in strength, posture and overall confidence in our bodies".

Debra & Greg

"I have lost 6kg in less than 3 months and gained strength spending less time at the gym. My flexibility has significantly improved by including mobility exercises in my weekly routine".
